Catechism Classes (ages 8-17)
The Adelaide Latin Mass Community now offers weekly catechesis, on every Friday during term time, for children aged 8-17 years.
Classes run from 5:30pm-6:15pm. Please note that the Youth Group program (held after 6:30pm Mass) occurs only on the 2nd and 4th Fridays.
Although weekly catechesis may be difficult for some parents to commit to, these classes provide children with the knowledge they need to guard their Faith and to defend it when necessary. Weekly classes help children to retain the information that they learn and to solidify what they already know.
St John Bosco, who dedicated his life to the education of children, highlights that “if we want to have a good society, we must concentrate all our forces on the Christian education of the young.” There is therefore nothing more important, both for our children and wider society, that they know and understand the Faith.
For more information, please contact Bianca Fisher, details here.
Please note that this event may be cancelled due to holidays or other circumstances. Please check our latest Bulletin here.
